Many high schools in the regions have career technical education programs in film and media. Southern Oregon University is a small liberal arts college with multiple media-related degrees, and its Digital Cinema program has been recognized also by MovieMaker Magazine as a Top 30 Film School in the US & Canada two years in a row.  The Digital Media Center is community-based resource with adult education and training in public access television. And last but not least, the region boasts several fantastic film festivals, including the renowned Ashland Independent Film Festival, where you can show your work.
